Shiloh Family Medical Center is a walk-in family medicine clinic located in Plano, TX. We are dedicated to serving the greater Dallas community with premium care, accepting all health insurance holders, and providing care to ages 1 and up. Our services encompass a wide range of medical care including routine physical exams, well-woman exams, well-child checks, job physical exams, sports physicals, immigration physical exams, chronic care, acute care, and company drivers' physical exams, among others. Dr. Iffat Tameez
Dr. Iffat Tameez is a board-certified family physician with over 26 years of clinical experience. As our Lead Primary Care Provider, she is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and creating a positive experience for every individual she serves. Known for her strong work ethic, depth of medical knowledge, and genuine commitment to patient well-being, Dr. Tameez approaches each patient with warmth, respect, and a holistic perspective.
Dr. Tameez began her medical career in Pakistan, earning her medical degree in 1991 and completing an OB/GYN residency in 1998. She later expanded her training in the United States, completing a second residency in Family Practice at the University of Tennessee in 2005. Since then, she has practiced as a family physician with a special focus on women’s health, caring for patients of all ages—from children to adults. Her experience spans a wide range of clinical environments, including urgent care centers, in-patient and out-patient hospital settings, and running her own practice, enriching her ability to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care.
With her extensive background and dedication to holistic health, Dr. Tameez is committed to supporting the diverse healthcare needs of the families she serves.

Dr. Rabiah Sundus Tameez
Dr. Rabiah Sundus Tameez is a family medicine physician committed to compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Dr. Tameez's clinical interests include women’s health, preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, and office-based procedures. She takes a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on prevention, healthy living, and individualized treatment. She is an active member of several professional medical organizations and has contributed to published medical research.
Her goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care while creating a welcoming environment in which every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered in their health journey.
